HEARST, Ont. – The Hearst Lumberjacks are proud to announce the signing of highly-regarded goalie Austin Madge. The 2001 Lake Country native who stands at 6’0’’ and weighs at 170lbs compiled very good numbers for the Okanagan Rockets midget program and for the North Okanagan Knights JR B program in 2018-19. Coach Lafleur is very happy that Austin has decided to join the Lumberjacks. Austin has a strong compete level with a great attitude. He is another important piece toward another Championship season for the Lumberjacks. Let’s give a warm welcome to Austin.

The 2002 Tecumseh, Ontario native who stands at 5’09’’ and weighs at 165lbs was playing for the New Liskeard Cubs last season. Adam brings speed, grit and passion to the game.
